Proprieties: Did you know that Quinoa is one of the most protein-rich foods we can eat? It also contains almost twice as much fiber as most other grains.

Ingredients :
-1 Tomato
-1 Carrot
-1 Onion
-1/4 cup of tricolour Quinoa
-15g Spinach
-1 Salmon Fillet
-1tbsp Sesame seeds
-2tbsp Soy Sauce
How to make it :
1. Slice 1 tomato
2. Grate 1 carrot
3. Chop 1 onion and cook in a fry pan with Olive Oil
4. Cook 1/4 cup of tricolour Quinoa for 12 minutes in boiling water
5. Plate starting with: 15g of fresh Spinach topped with the Quinoa and followed by the veggies
6. Add your source of protein (in the video 1 salmon fillet)
7. Add soy sauce and sesame seeds and enjoy
