Ingredients :
-180g White Flour
-250ml Beer
-100ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-1tbsp sugar
-Optional Sides: Parma Ham,Mix Salad, Cherry Tomatoes, Parmesan shavings

How to make it :
-Mix with your hands :180g White Flour, 250ml Beer,100ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1Tbsp Sugar
-Shape the dough and place it on a tray -Rest the dough for 30 minutes while preparing the Garlic Oil
-Chop the Garlic, mix with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and add Salt & Pepper
-Spread the Garlic Oil on top of the dough
-Bake the dough for 30 minutes, 180c
-Spread Garlic Oil on top of the baked pizzette -Add the sides as your like. Suggestion: Parma Ham,Mix Salad, Cherry Tomatoes, Parmesan shavings
